How do I place an order?

1. Start With Your Product.

  • Find Your Product.  Our most popular items are listed on the Products menu above.  If you are looking for something that is not listed there, please contact us at sales@printcographics.com or request a quote from https://printcostore.com/page/custom-quote-request-other
  • Enter Specs and Find Price.  Answer the questions beside each product (quantity, ink options, paper, etc.).  The price will be displayed in red at the bottom of the form.
  • Upload Files. (Optional.)  In the "File Upload" section, click the "Select" button to locate your files on your computer.  If you have more than one file, we recommend zipping your folder into a single file to upload.
  • Get a Shipping Quote.  Below "Estimate Shipping," enter your zip code and click the "Get Rates" button to see available shipping methods and prices.

2. Click "Add to Cart"

  • Log In. Before placing your order, you will be asked to Login or checkout as Guest.  On your first visit, you will need to enter your shipping and billing information.
  • Select Shipping Method & Ship To. To select your desired shipping methods and your ship to address, you must be logged in.  Choose one of our "Shipping Options" from the drop-down menu.
  • Need to add more?  To add more products to the cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button.


3. Click "Proceed to Checkout"

  • Enter notes to Printco.  If you have any comments or special needs for this order, please enter them in the box at the top of this page.
  • Promotional Code. If you have a promotional code, enter it on this page and select "Apply Promo Code."  Your new price will be displayed immediately in the section at the top right.  Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Payment Method. First-time users will need to fill out their payment information.  You must pre-pay before we will begin your print project unless pre-approved by our Accounting department.
  • Review Order Summary. At checkout, please carefully review your order summary again.  Click the "Edit quantities or shipping options" link if changes need to be made.
  • Place Order.  To place and pay for the order, click the "Submit Order and Pay with Credit Card" button.


4. Approve Your Proof

  • Approve Proof. Printco will send you an e-mailed PDF of your artwork before we print.  This is your chance to double-check the art you submitted.  Reply to this e-mail to approve the art for printing.
  • Start Order Processing Turnaround Time. We will not print your order until we receive your approval of the PDF proof.  Our quoted turn-around times begin as soon as art is approved.

How do I know I'm ordering the right product?

How do I see the price before placing my order?
Our most popular items are found in the Products section and pricing for all of these items is displayed as you answer the questions on that page.  For anything not displayed there, we are happy to send you a no-obligation estimate.  Contact us at sales@printcographics.com or fill out a quote request under the "Estimates" section.

What shipping methods can I choose?
A list of shipping methods and your estimated shipping rate are displayed on each product page. Under "Estimate Shipping", simply enter your zip/postal code and click the "Get Rates" button. You'll be able to select a shipping method after adding the product to the shopping cart.

Is your website secure for credit card payments?
Yes.  We use Authorize.net to process credit card payments.  They are among the largest online credit card processors in the world and comply with the most stringent industry security measures.  We accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, or Visa.

Can you you refuse my order?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse orders which in our opinion contain offensive, indecent and improper material including those of an illegal nature or that infringe on the rights of any third party. Even if we print your order, under our Terms of Use, you (the Customer) accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on the your behalf and under the your instructions. What turnaround times do you offer?

The Standard and Rush production turnaround time advertised for a product on this site is based on the typical number of days a print job is completed under normal circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. While we employ best efforts to meet your target deadline date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipment, illness, inclement weather, acts of nature and other occurrences may impact our ability to meet the deadline.  Production times begin as soon as you have approved your PDF proof.

When does production of my order start?

Production will start only after we have received your art and approval on your PDF proof.  We must require payment in advance unless you have been pre-approved by our Accounting department.

Is it necessary for me to approve my proof?

Yes. Production of your order will not start until we receive your proof approval. For orders and/or proofs that are approved after 3:00 PM, the production turn-around time starts the next business day.

Do turnaround times include shipping time?

No. The transit time for shipping is always additional to production turnaround. Please take this into consideration when placing the order.
